What You Will Get To Do :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and across internal teams to understand objectives, operational capabilities, and touchpointsConduct in-depth analysis of Sales and Relationship Management operations to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance business performanceDrive corporate sales and relationship management initiatives down to unit-level teams across the firmResearch and build knowledge about solutions, products, services, technology, or concepts related to the industryMeet with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized operational workflows are appropriately addressed and discussedManage partnership program for the corporate sales organization and coordinates meetings with influencers and consultants in the market to drive new businessManage projects from initiation to completion for delivery within scope, budget, and timelineProvide meeting preparation support and deck creation as neededEnsure all deliverables meet the quality, timeline, and accuracy expected by the companyCreate, adapt, and follow project schedules and deadlinesRemain up-to-date on technological and product developments and universal specifications relevant to the industry.Provide sales support for various ad hoc requestsWhat You Will Bring :
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration5 years minimum corporate experience at a financial institutionStrong competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate information into a clear, compelling messageExperience with a Software Management systemAbility to interact with staff across all levels and operate in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing project requirementsOutstanding organization and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure, high-workload environmentSuperior attention to detail, grammar, and vocabularyUnderstanding of the alternative investment management industry; middle and back-office processes, and organizationTeam player; thrives in a collaborative role; self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionThank you for your interest in SS&C! Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY : Salary range for the position : $100,000 plus discretionary bonus USD to $120,000 plus discretionary bonus USD.
