Multi-Service Manager

Looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our team to support Sodexo programs as a Multi-Service Manager. The position will support both Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services accounts in the Knoxville, TN area. This requires flexibility with both travel and various shifts, including some weekends and holidays, that this role will support. Requires supervisory / management experience, proven verbal, written and computer skills, technical skills in either Food Service or Environmental Services. The ideal candidate will assist in driving patient satisfaction, implementing and maintain SMS, and help fill management vacancies. Must have great organizational and time management skills and a strong understanding of customer service. Previous experience in hospitality service is ideal to support Healthcare departments. Experience in supervising a diverse employee population while providing excellent customer service is key to this role.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Manage housekeeping / EVS and / or Food & Nutrition services operations;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership.
