A Global Tech Company is Looking to Hire a Brand Ambassador for a 2 MONTH, ONSITE, W2 CONTRACT - APPLY TODAY!

Airport Brand Ambassador

Location : New York City Airports

Hours : Variable (30-40 hours / week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Pay Range : $25-30 / hr.

Contract Duration : 2 months, possibility of extension

The Airport Brand Ambassador position offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is perfect for someone with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, excellent people skills, and the ability to problem-solve in real time.

The Company connects travelers with reliable, seamless ground transportation at airports worldwide. We're looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic professional who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life and thrives in dynamic, high-traffic environments.

What You'll Do :

  • Be the Face of the Brand : Welcome riders into the pickup zone, guide them through using the Company's app to request rides, introduce support channels, and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
  • Deliver On-Site Support : Assist riders and drivers with app-related questions, troubleshoot payments, and resolve real-time issues to improve user experience.
  • Support Airport Flow : Monitor vehicle activity, manage pick-up / drop-off areas, and escalate operational needs like requesting additional vehicles or adjusting flow as needed.
  • Educate and Promote : Inform travelers about the benefits and ride options available through the Company's platform to help grow airport trip volume.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence : Help set up and manage designated airport zones, ensuring they meet both company and airport standards.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with airport staff and internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Flexible : Take on additional tasks to ensure both rider and driver experiences remain seamless and high-quality.

  • Tech-Savvy : Confident in using and explaining mobile apps and digital tools.
  • What You Bring :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, airport operations, brand ambassadorship, event logistics, or traffic / parking management.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Familiarity with airport layouts and procedures is a plus.
