Position Summary :

This position is multi-faceted in its scope with the primary focus on supporting end users across Wilton Re in their various computing needs, whether in office or remote. This includes mobile phones, laptops and application support. In addition, this role will support collaboration platforms both technically and from a user perspective including audio, video conferencing, LAN room technology, etc. Therefore, being on site in the Norwalk office 5 days a week is required.

It is also expected this position would support initiatives such as Intune set up and administration, SharePoint Online technical support, and administrative support, among others. This role also contributes to a variety of projects pertaining to information security tools as it pertains to end users; and day to day security operations tasks pertaining to vulnerability management and end point management.

Role Responsibilities :

• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Able to work with third party partners to effectively perform job function.
• Support end-user computing needs in all Wilton Res offices including laptop and mobile phone support.

Handle end user access requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and modifications to access, and update user forms as necessary to reflect current user access.

Basic Qualifications :

Required Education / Certifications :

Degree in computer science or business administration desired.

The role is nonexempt and eligible for paid overtime. The annualized salary / hourly rate range for this position in Connecticut is between $65,000 and $75,000. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training, and experience.

Base salary is just one component of Wilton Re's total compensation package for employees. Additional compensation includes annual performance-based bonus, 401K with employer contribution, and profit-sharing program. Employee may also be eligible for long-term incentives (equity). All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
