• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, responding quickly to acute and life-threatening conditions.
• Triage and prioritize patient care based on the urgency of patient needs and department protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed and per protocol.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
