NuTeeth Implant Center is looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage multiple sales team members. NuTeeth focuses on delivering life-changing dental solutions through All-on-X implant procedures and other advanced treatments. We're seeking someone passionate about sales excellence, team leadership, and an unwavering commitment to achieving outstanding patient experiences and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead & Manage Sales Teams : Oversee and mentor 3-4 sales team members, providing clear direction, support, and feedback to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Drive Sales Performance : Analyze and optimize sales processes to boost conversion rates for high-value elective healthcare procedures ranging from $20,000 to $40,000 per case .
- Coaching & Training : Continuously train, develop, and motivate your teams to exceed their goals through personalized coaching, skill development, and mentorship.
- Evaluate & Enhance Performance : Regularly review KPIs and sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Patient Experience & Follow-Up : Ensure exceptional patient interactions from consultation to follow-up, building strong relationships and promoting positive outcomes.
- Relationship Building : Foster partnerships and connections with referring professionals, patients, and internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with clinical teams and doctors to ensure seamless integration between clinical services and sales operations.
- Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, growth strategies, and overall progress toward achieving revenue targets.
Who You Are :
Proven Sales Leader : At least 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in elective healthcare, dental implants, cosmetic surgery, or similar fields.High-Performance Mindset : Demonstrated ability to drive sales, exceed targets, and inspire teams to consistently achieve exceptional results.Analytical & Strategic : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to optimize team performance.Exceptional Communicator : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, coach effectively, and collaborate with clinical teams.Results-Driven : Highly motivated to drive revenue growth, enhance patient experience, and achieve operational excellence.Elective Healthcare Experience Preferred : Experience in Oral Surgery, Implant Sales, Cosmetic Surgery, or other elective healthcare procedures is a plus but not required.Adaptable & Resourceful : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies as needed.Coachable & Adaptable : Open to feedback, willing to learn, and continuously improve your skills to achieve the best results.Why Join NuTeeth?
