ROLE IMPACT
The National Sales Executive is a pivotal growth driver, focused on bringing in new business through a true "hunter" sales approach. This role specializes in outbound prospecting, solution selling, and securing large-scale service contracts. Success is measured by new client acquisition, national account penetration, and ability to close high-value service-based deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and secure new business via outbound cold calling, targeted campaigns, and referralsDevelop and manage national accounts, acting as the lead point of contact for client growth and retentionTailor solutions to client needs in service-based sales environments, emphasizing value and ROICollaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfactionPresent compelling business cases and performance reports to decision-makers and stakeholdersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BA / BS in Business Management, or Associate degree with 3+ years’ experience in B2B service salesProven track record in cold calling and “hunter” style new business developmentExperience managing large / national accounts across industriesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
HubSpot CRMMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsVoIP phone systemsDocument and presentation software (e.g., PDF tools, Canva, Google Slides)PREFERRED SKILLS
Background in Waste, Environmental Services, or other service-based industriesBilingual fluency in English and a second languageStrong ability to translate performance data into client-focused narrativesEQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
