Full-Time MD / DO – Primary Care Physician

Federally Qualified Health Center  Fairfax, South Carolina

Type : Permanent  Full-Time

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

On-Call : Minimal – 1 phone-only call every 20 weeks
