Principal Product Manager

Our team is building the products, workflows, and methodologies that will be used to profoundly change the way we all manage our financial lives. To tackle this momentous initiative and achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a stellar Principal Product Manager.
Our new Principal Product Manager will focus on evolving our Data Lake platform services to solve some of our biggest customer problems while strengthening security & compliance and providing our customers with delightful experiences.
Responsibilities
- Must have proven experience leading internal data platforms. Either in data processing, or data hosting, or data persistence, or data consumption (FGAC) or other internal data capability development.
- Deeply understand customer problems and needs leveraging follow-me-home research, usability studies, first-hand interviews, customer feedback, experiments, and usage / adoption metrics.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.
- Own your product. Set a clear vision, define your roadmap and share with cross functional teams.
- Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve customers' biggest problems.
- Ruthlessly prioritize your team's backlog to ensure your team is making maximum customer impact.
- Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product capabilities leveraging customers / end users' feedback, behavioral customer data, and market research.
- Define and analyze key success metrics to support and inform product decisions.
- Drive product development with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences quickly.
- Must be able to build AI Native data platforms and experiences.
Qualifications
8+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management leadership role.Experience with building and leading high performing teams.Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI / ML expertise / experience a plus.Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer.Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Bay Area : 236,000-319,000
New York : 232,500-314,500
