Key Job Details - Minneapolis Nursing Jobs Location : Minneapolis, MN 55422 Healthcare Setting : Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Assignment Type : Travel RN, On-Site Start Date : December 8, 2025 End Date : March 9, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights Hours per Week : 36 (guaranteed) Weekend Requirement : Every 3rd weekend On Call : No call required Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990-$2130 PACU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota Minimum 3 years of critical care nursing experience (ICU or Emergency Department required) Previous PACU nurse experience highly preferred Proficiency with Epic EMR system BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC required) Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations Trauma Level I hospital experience required At least 1 year of RN experience required PACU Nurse Responsibilities Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation Develop and revise individualized care plans for patients recovering from anesthesia Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and delegate tasks as needed Care for neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults Participate in shared decision-making and continuous improvement of nursing practices Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Minnesota nursing standards Discover rewarding healthcare jobs in Minneapolis and make a difference in patient care.
