About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, ventilator management, and responding to medical emergencies . This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide life-saving care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and assess vital signs, ventilator settings, and artificial airways
- Deliver timely updates to physicians, patients, and families on treatment progress
- Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
