Join our dedicated team of healthcare providers in the Vascular Surgery office as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality patient care in this offsite position.

As an LPN, under the guidance of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting with various clinical functions and providing direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Measure and accurately record patients' vital signs.
• Document essential components of patients' medical history.
• Engage with patients, visitors, and staff with open and appropriate communication.
• Assist in in-office procedures under the direction and supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
• Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing as needed.
• Perform venipuncture to collect blood samples for lab testing.
• Handle prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
• Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
• Manage inventory of supplies and ensure examination rooms are stocked.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
