Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer (Python / AWS) to build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines supporting analytical data products for Vanguard. This role requires strong AWS experience and excellent communication skills to collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and analysts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based ETL pipelines for analytics.

Collaborate directly with management, product owners, and analysts to define data requirements.

Work with cross-functional teams across sites and time zones.

Integrate modern cloud architecture and advanced data technologies into the existing ecosystem.

Ensure data pipeline reliability, performance, and high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, especially when working with management.

Strong hands-on experience with :

AWS Glue

SageMaker

IAM

S3

Lambda

Expert-level PySpark and SQL skills.

Must work fully onsite in Malvern, PA (no remote / hybrid).

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
