  • Oversee and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of all diesel trucks.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, train, and develop a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective diesel truck repairs.
  • Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while ensuring optimal fleet performance.
  • Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and track productivity to maintain shop efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to technicians on complex repairs and diagnostics.
  • Ensure all repairs meet industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of repair orders, shop paperwork, and part purchases.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits on repairs and maintenance performed by technicians.
  • Communicate daily with Fleet Supervisor to provide updates on repair status and fleet maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve shop productivity and quality of work.
  • Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment, ensuring that stock is maintained and ordered as needed.
  • Review repair orders, warranty claims, and service invoices for accuracy before submission.
  • Assist in customer interactions when necessary, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Ensure all technicians comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Proven expertise in diesel truck repair and maintenance, with a strong background in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • At least three years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop technicians.
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools, repair manuals, and OEM Dealer Portals.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet maintenance programs, warranty processes, and part inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
