Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join rural health clinic in east-central Oregon. Details : This position works closely with medical providers and staff to provide and staff to provide intervention services as well as assessment, referrals and short-term therapy for patients. Provide patient education strategies and develops specific behavioral change plans for patients and behavioral health protocols for target populations.
