What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location.

Monitor and control access to the premises to help deter unauthorized entry and maintain compliance with access control protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to observe and report irregularities.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
