POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Onboarding, Adoption, and Training at Alvaria Horizons will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of comprehensive customer solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer needs, technical acumen, and a passion for innovation. The Director will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the customer solutioning team in designing and implementing custom solutions that meet client requirements and align with Alvaria Horizons’ onboarding, adoption, and training offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with Alvaria Horizons’ solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage the customer solutioning budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in customer solutioning, technical pre-sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex customer solutions in a technology-driven environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional the customer solutioning team in designing and implementing custom solutions that meet client requirements and align with Alvaria Horizons’ onboarding, adoption, and training with sales teams to understand client needs, providing technical expertise during the pre-sales and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with Alvaria Horizons’ and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and the customer solutioning budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
