Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team and provide essential technical expertise for maintaining and preserving our buildings physical assets and equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in preventive maintenance (PM) predictive maintenance (PdM) corrective maintenance (CM) emergency maintenance (EM) and unplanned repairs. This role requires a team-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments with a strong focus on troubleshooting safety protocols planning and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Management & Maintenance

• Execute comprehensive maintenance programs including preventive predictive corrective and emergency maintenance procedures
• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
• Assess equipment failures and implement rapid response strategies
• Troubleshoot and determine appropriate repair methodologies
• Work with specialized equipment including milling machines abrasive water jet systems foam cutting technologies and automotive paint systems

Documentation & Communication

Project Support

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proven experience in maintenance and equipment repair

Strong mechanical electrical and troubleshooting abilities

Experience with industrial equipment maintenance preferred

Flexibility for varied work schedules including off-shifts and on-call availabilit yas needed

Working Conditions

This position involves hands-on maintenance work emergency response situations vendor coordination and on-call availability. The role requires physical demands including lifting climbing and working with various tools and equipment in potentially challenging conditions.
