Contract Service Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Service Portfolio Manager to unify govern and continuously improve how these services are delivered. This role will build the systems governance and transparency needed for Infrastructure to operate with discipline provide measurable outcomes and create exceptional experiences for our internal customers.

How You Will Contribute

• Define document and manage the Infrastructure Service Portfolio detailing ownership lifecycle cost and performance KPIs for each service.
• Develop and maintain the Service Catalog within the Atlassian Platform as the single source of truth for Infrastructure services.
• Establish governance frameworks for service intake change management and performance reviews.
• Partner with leaders to develop cost-of-service models that connect spend effort and value creation.
• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms that show service performance reliability user experience and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering Cyber & Physical Security) to align and mature service delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement identifying redundancies optimizing processes and ensuring each service contributes directly to organizational outcomes.
• Lead quarterly and annual service review cadences ensuring transparency and accountability for results.
• Embed knowledge management practices ensuring every service has clear documentation ownership and defined success metrics.
