Position : Senior Director, Demand & Supply Planning CoE

Work Location : New York, NY, Plano, TX, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

What you will be doing :

The Senior Director, Demand & Supply Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing best-in-class demand, supply, and integrated planning capabilities across the organization. This role leads the Center of Excellence for planning, setting standards, enabling innovation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between commercial, operations, and finance functions. The role acts as a strategic thought leader, process owner, and change agent to elevate planning excellence across business units.

Strategy & Governance

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the demand & supply planning CoE.
• Establish governance, policies, standards, frameworks, and KPIs for demand, supply, and S&OP / IBP processes.
• Provide oversight of planning process adherence, audit compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serve as a central point of escalation and decision-making for planning-related issues and trade-offs.

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $168,800.55 - $211,000.69 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
