About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Operations to serve as the operational backbone, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all core business functions. This includes HR, finance, IT, legal, and data. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's operational systems, scorecards, and meeting rhythms to keep the business aligned and accountable. Key responsibilities for the role include business operations leadership, EOS improvement and ownership, financial operations and reporting, HR, IT, and legal operations, systems and tool stack management, and driving operational excellence. The role demands a leader who is a strong systems and process thinker, financially fluent, an excellent communicator, and a natural optimizer.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years' of experience in business operations, administration, or systems leadership, with a preference for those who have worked in a startup or high-growth environment. They should have at least 2 years' of hands-on experience operating within an EOS framework and be adept at bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to fast-moving environments. The Head of Business Operations will be expected to embody and promote the company's core values, which include extreme ownership, agility in chaos, and a commitment to cultivated excellence.
