Job description :

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities? Do you want a flexible and fulfilling job that allows you to make a meaningful impact? Sidekicks Support Services is looking for energetic and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Individual Support Services (ISS).

Your Role as a Behavior Technician

• Provide in-home individual support for children and young adults (ages 3–21).
• Implement personalized support plans to enhance independence in daily life.
• Assist families in fostering their child's growth, learning, and development.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Schedule & Availability

Location : In-person and Home based services throughout Burlington County & Mercer County, NJ
