Support Staff : APP coverage during the day

Patient Volume / Callback : Average 8-10 callbacks per day

Patient Population : Adults

Hospital Beds : 269

EMR : Cerner

Practice Setting : Hospital

Requirements :

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology - Required

Active Arizona Medical License - Required

DEA Certification - Required

Minimum Experience : 1 year

Credentialing : Emergency credentialing offered
