About the Role :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in manufacturing and exceptional skills in customer relations. This role is critical in supporting our sales team throughout the entire prospect-to-active sales cycle, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
2. Manage invoicing, process adjustments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. Handle purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with and provide administrative support to a team of sales representatives.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Assist in coordinating between manufacturing and sales to meet client needs.
Qualifications :
1. Experience in manufacturing environments with strong understanding of processes.
2. Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management.
3. Proficiency in handling invoicing, adjustments, and purchase orders.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
