Superintendent – Tenant Improvements & Special Projects (Southern California)

We have partnered with a leading Southern California General Contractor to identify a skilled Superintendent to oversee :

Tenant Improvements (T.I.)
Renovations
Special Projects
Smaller ground-up builds

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow

Enforce safety compliance and company standards

Coordinate subcontractors and vendors effectively

Maintain project schedules , budgets, and quality benchmarks

Provide clear communication between project stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $150K annual salary

Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
