Video Producer

We're looking for a talented Video Producer to join our fast-paced creative team and bring our mission to life on screen. If you're a visual storyteller who can own the entire production process - from concept to final cut - and you're energized by fitness-focused, performance-driven content, you might be our next MVP.

What You'll Do :

• Own the process - pre-pro, editing, post - you're the captain from start to finish.
• Create eye-catching content for social media ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing & content teams to develop video strategies that align with our brand voice and goals.
• Shoot high-quality footage using Canon or comparable cameras; use personal gear when needed for b-roll or solo shoots.
• Edit with purpose - Cut, color grade, sound mix, and add motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects (P.S. this is only as needed. We have a full in-house editing team to help with this).
• Stay current on creative trends, editing techniques, and performance-based video content.
• Manage equipment & assets - Keep files organized and studio gear in working order.
• Take feedback like a champ - Be open to collaboration, coaching, and evolving your creative skills.

What You Bring :

• 1-2 years of video editing / videography experience (experience in performance marketing is a plus!)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud , especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation
• Comfort with on-set production - lighting, audio, camera setup
• Bonus points for audio editing experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team-player mindset with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
