Job descriptionBoard Certification Requirement : Yes Fellowship : Preferred Minimum Board Certification : Certified Required Certifications : ACLS, ATLS Active Licenses in PA Required? : Yes Allow Bids from Providers with IMLC? : No Will Reimburse Vendor for Licensing Costs? : No Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 Days PALS : Yes Specialty Needed : General Cardiology Facility Name : CPG Cardiology Schedule Hours : Monday Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Open Dates : Ongoing Additional Needs : 1-2 Night Calls per week may be needed, 1 Weekend Call per month (future needs) Ongoing opportunities available Location : Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, CPG Cardiology Must have current / active PA license Active PA DEA EMR System : Epic Facility Name : CPG Cardiology Schedule Days : Clinic / Hospital Monday-Friday and one weekend a month Number of patients seen per day in clinic : Locum will not be providing services in the clinic Call Night / Weekend : 1-2 call nights per week 4 pm - 8 am, Weekend call 4 pm Friday-8 am Monday Support Staff Availability : M-F 8-4 at least 3 PAs, Weekend 1 PA Age of patients : Mostly over the age of 17 Inpatient / Outpatient : Inpatient Type of Charting / EMR : Epic Board Certification or Eligibility : Board Certified Fellowship Required : Yes Reason For Need : Loss of a physician Rounding : Yes Average Number of Admissions per shift : We do not admit, but we have approximately 15 consults a day as well as approximately 25 follow-ups per day.
