Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd shift at our state-of-the-art facility — where you’ll work alongside skilled technicians to support high-performing equipment in a fast-paced, clean, and safety-driven environment.

Available Shifts :

2nd Shift : 1 : 00 p.m. – 9 : 30 p.m.

3rd Shift : 9 : 00 p.m. – 5 : 30 a.m. (9-hour shifts with some overtime available)

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold all safety and food safety standards.

What You Bring

Required :

2–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred :

Associate degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field.

Food manufacturing or packaging experience.

Bilingual communication skills (English / Spanish a plus).
