Job description

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Accountant. This is our entry-level position on our Business Management team, designed to propel you into a leadership position within our organization within Accounting and Finance.

The target compensation for this position is $60,000 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $28.00, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 42-hour workweek. The position will be based in our Philadelphia Corporate Headquarters in Wayne, PA. The position is hybrid, 2 days work from home after the first 7 business days of the month.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accountant, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis.

At Enterprise, you will have the chance to run your own financial operation and provide balance to the marketing and operational pieces of our business. We offer a comprehensive development program where you will work closely with sales and marketing, human resources, procurement, and more to produce excellence in customer service, growth strategies, operating efficiencies, and profitability.

Qualified Candidates

Must possess the following skills / competencies :

  • Solid organizational skills while paying close attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Qualifications

    Must have :

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • A basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility to relocate outside local area / state within a 1–3-year period to accept potential promotional opportunities.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Currently living within Montgomery, Chester, or Delaware County.
