We are looking for a General Manager to oversee our home services team. Responsibilities include participating in the overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring we are exceeding our client's expectations. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the HVAC, Electrical, or Pumbing industry
- Proven track record of managing 50 plus employees and ops exceeding or close to 20M
- Follow process and systems in place to reinforce and drive daily process and systems
- Oversee day-to-day operation- and report daily
- Follow process and set goals for growth to 20M
- Drive Sales and Installation Productivity to meet daily targets
- Ensure that daily process is followed
- Hold the KPI's we have in place
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee training of new employees
- Prepare regular reports for upper management

Compensation : Pay will be 125 K Base with equal amount in Bonus Compensation. (DEO)
