Job Details

You’ll keep our financial engine running smoothly while helping the business make smart, data-driven decisions. This isn’t a purely back-office role — you’ll collaborate across teams and have real impact.

• Lead month-end close and all month-end processes.
• Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts and monthly workpapers.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements (accrual or cash basis).
• Develop and monitor budgets with property management teams.
• Respond to escalated property management needs and issues.
• Produce financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Recommend and help implement process efficiencies.
• Mentor junior team members.
