Position Snapshot

Seeking a results-driven hunter-type Account Representative with proven experience selling woodworking / CNC or related industrial machinery. Own a California territory grow new business and expand existing accounts across cabinet millwork and manufacturing customers.

Key Objectives

Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal).

Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host / attend trials and events.

Deliver consultative solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.

Maintain / expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.

Keep CRM pipeline and forecasts accurate and current.

Candidate Profile

35 years outside sales in woodworking / CNC / industrial machinery (required).

Strong mechanical / technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles.

Documented hunter track record (quota attainment new logos growth).

Excellent communication negotiation and follow-through.

Lives in Southern California; valid drivers license; frequent regional travel.

Able to commute to Anaheim for demos trainings and customer visits.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy success-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales identifying companies with woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for developing new business nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production leaders.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals.

Conduct in-person visits presentations and consultations with prospective clients.

Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
