Sales Engineer – Industrial Air and Material Handling Systems

Based in Louisville, KY | Covering KY & Southern Indiana

AirPro, Inc. a 50+ year leader in air handling, air pollution control, and bulk powder transfer is growing our Louisville Branch! We are looking for a driven, technical minded sales engineer to join our growing Louisville branch. This role will report directly to the Senior Sales Engineer and help support our expanding customer base across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

Headquartered in Tipp City, OH, AirPro is a design & build integrator that specializes in dust collection, bulk material handling, and turnkey process improvement systems. We serve clients across the USA and abroad, delivering high-performance solutions — from system design and engineering studies to equipment supply, field service, and installation via our in-house mechanical division.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Engineer on technical proposals
  • Customer engagement on solutions
  • Support growth and manage accounts across KY and Southern Indiana
  • Prospect and build relationships in the industrial ventilation, dust collection, and bulk powder handling markets
  • Work hand in hand with engineering and project teams on design / build solutions
  • Represent top-tier manufacturers and equipment lines

What You Bring

  • Technical background (Engineering degree preferred, but not required)
  • Proven industrial sales experience (dust collection or HVAC a huge plus)
  • Existing contacts or experience in the Kentuckiana market is a strong bonus
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
  • Skilled in communication, negotiation, and time management
  • Motivated by results — and ready to earn accordingly
