Join Rebel Convenience Stores , one of the fastest-growing convenience store brands in the U.S., as our Lead Digital Marketing Coordinator and help us elevate our digital presence and loyalty programs to new heights. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and performance optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels, while managing innovative loyalty initiatives that reward and retain our customers. What You'll Do : Own and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO / SEM, and content marketing. Develop and manage a digital marketing calendar that aligns with company objectives and promotional cycles. Optimize customer journeys through strategic use of CRM and marketing automation tools. Measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and customer engagement. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive marketing assets. Manage the daily execution and strategy of our customer loyalty and rewards programs. Analyze loyalty data to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalized offers. Drive seamless tech and operational integrations for the loyalty program by working closely with IT and customer service teams. Support launches, rebrands, and major promotions with compelling omnichannel marketing. Be the marketing team's go-to for actionable insights on digital performance and customer retention. What We're Looking For : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM. Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Demonstrated ability to manage complex marketing projects from concept to execution. Excellent communication and project management skills.
