Description of the role :

The Service Technician position at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is an important role within our company. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities :

Performing automotive maintenance and repairs on various makes and models
Conducting diagnostic tests and identifying issues with vehicle systems
Providing accurate estimates for repairs
Executing repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Performing routine maintenance and inspections
Keeping detailed records of work performed
Collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

Previous experience as a Service Technician or similar role

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
