RN - Operating Room

Nature and Scope

Plumas District Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room / Perioperative team . The RN will play a key role in providing patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery—pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative.

This position includes both circulating and scrub responsibilities , assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers, preparing and maintaining the sterile field, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical care.

Location

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate : $48.11 – $68.59 (based on clinical pay scale)
• Sign-On Bonus : $7,500
• Housing Stipend : Paid housing or $1,500 / month stipend for first 3 months
