Job Description : Full Time Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members. Unit Description :

• The Medical / Surgical unit cares for adult patients who have a wide variety of diagnoses. These may include surgical procedures such as orthopedics, urologic, general surgery, and ENT surgery. They may also include patients with heart failure, pneumonia, sepsis, and other general medical disease processes.
• We also care for trauma patients with a wide variety of injuries, such as head injuries and chest injuries requiring chest tubes.

Integrates legal and ethical standards into practice, complies with regulatory standards, practices within scope of licensure, provides accurate & timely documentation, and understands legal implications of care delivery.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
