Position :

• Federally Qualified Health Center
• ASAP, Pending credentialing
• Schedule : M-F, Half day on Fridays
• Treating all ages, primarily adults
• 15-28 Patients per day, based on desire
• 30-minute new patients, 15-minute medication management / follow-ups
• Bread and Butter office-based procedures – Splint, Laceration, etc…
• In-House Lab, Pharmacy Onsite, Procedure rooms
• X-Ray, Radiologist onsite
• Payors mix : 33% Medicaid, 23% Medicare, 33% Insurance, 11% Uninsured
• Discount Pharmacy and Prescriptions
