Make an impact as an Associate Analyst, Marketing : Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communications team's goal is to advance Mastercard's journey to become top 5 global brand and drive business growth. Marketing helps fuel the business through industry leading strategic thinking and cutting-edge marketing that creates growth and drives competitive advantage. Join Mastercard's Marketing team as a Launcher and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of digital partnerships, fintech innovation, and strategic marketing initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content development, research and insight, or brand engagement.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify joint marketing opportunities, develop compelling content, and execute initiatives that elevate Mastercard's brand visibility and drive business growth. The Launcher will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and create engaging content tailored to digital-savvy audiences across various platforms. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing) and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to optimize future activities. The Launcher will conduct research and help develop strategic frameworks to inform marketing decisions, leveraging AI tools to analyze trends, uncover insights, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Program Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating between Winter 2025 Spring 2026
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms is a plus
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
  • Familiarity with the digital landscape, including fintech, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to partner across the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator
  • Detail-oriented, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
  • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into findings
