The ideal candidate will be DEA certified and possess Medicare and Medicaid credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing high-quality patient care. This is a house calls practice requiring travel and assessing patients in their place of residence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with DEA regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare facility.

Requirements : Requirements
