Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic coach to join our athletics program. This Coach will work closely with the coaching staff to support all aspects of the team including practice planning skill development team supervision and the promotion of a positive and inclusive athletic culture. This position plays an important role in fostering school spirit student engagement and a strong connection between the athletic program and the broader school community.

Qualifications : Coaching experience in the athletic or activity Nebraska Department of Education Teacher Certification preferred not required.

Responsibilities

Student Supervision & Coaching

• Supervise and coach students during all activities.
• Encourage sportsmanship teamwork and adherence to school and team rules.
• Implement disciplinary procedures aligned with school policies.
• Clearly explain eligibility and participation rules to students.
• Treat all students fairly and equitably while maintaining confidentiality.
