Primary Responsibilities :

Promote optimal daily care : Assist residents with personal and oral hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and socialization, ensuring their well-being and happiness.

Create a safe and clean environment : Encourage residents to care for their personal space and belongings, keeping their rooms tidy and clean.

Ensure safety and quality : Follow all safety, security, and infection control protocols, ensuring the well-being of residents, coworkers, and the facility.

Customer satisfaction : Provide exceptional service to our residents, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their happiness.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED : Obtain the necessary knowledge and comprehension skills to excel in your role.

Multilingual skills : Ability to read, write, and converse in English. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Compassion and empathy : Show respect for residents' privacy and dignity, providing personal care with a caring touch.

Strong interpersonal skills : Relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures, religions, and abilities.
