LOCATION : Apache Junction Corps - Apache Junction, AZ

STATUS : Part-Time

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Arizona Driver's License and have a clean driving record
• Must pass The Salvation Army's online fleet driving test
• Ability to maintain Salvation Army Driver's authorization by successfully completing TSA Driver's Safety e-learning
• Excellent customer services skills required
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work cost effectively
• Required to successful pass a criminal background check
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of employment.
• Understand and carry out instructions related to the use of equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to work within established policy guidelines, accept direction from qualified sources & follow instructions
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as a box truck

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms on a continuous basis. The employee must regularly lift and / or move 20 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer and to understand written information.
