Job description

POSITION : Junior Hardware Test Validation Technician

LOCATION : Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Onsite, Monday - Friday)

DURATION : 6-Month Contract-To-Hire (100% Career Opportunity!)

PAY RANGE : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour ($50k - $55k / year)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Test Technician, Validation Engineer (or similar QA / testing experience.).
  • 1+ years of validation / troubleshooting experience with hardware / physical products.
  • Familiarity writing Test Cases and Bug Reports.
  • Overall passion for technology and proficiency troubleshooting hardware, software and electronics.
  • Ability to work onsite at our office in North Phoenix.

  • SUMMARY & OVERVIEW :

    The Junior Validation Test Technician will be responsible for executing test plans and documenting bug tickets including, but not limited to, creating a recording of the reproduction of the bug, capturing logs and keeping test cases up to date and other test procedures for cameras and other devices. They’ll also be working with additional engineering teams and product managers to test hardware fixes and new features during the project timelines. Conducting validation tests for new and / or legacy products, assemble automation test fixtures, sets up test equipment and maintain lab organization.

    Compensation :

    24.00 / hr - $26.00 / hr

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
