PGP Title Escrow Intern
Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated, focused and detail-oriented intern to join our team to contribute to the various functions of our title branch office. The successful candidate will bring a sense of urgency and a strong desire to serve our customers to assist our team in obtaining and reviewing essential information and documents related to our home buyer's closing, communicating with our buyers as well as our partners at PMC to help facilitate a smooth, enjoyable and memorable closing experience for our home buyers.
In addition to core responsibilities, this internship offers a unique opportunity for direct interaction with other members of the title branch office to gain a more well-rounded and complete insight into the day-to-day operations of an escrow office. The successful candidate will actively attend meetings to gain exposure to the non-customer facing side title operations. Moreover, they will play a pivotal role in scheduling and participating in training sessions, contributing to the enhancement of their skills and understanding of our industry.
This role offers professional growth in the field of title and escrow operations.

2026 Summer Internship Blueprint : In your 2026 internship role you will work alongside our experienced professionals and mirror that team's schedule and flexibility models. Each intern will have the opportunity to shadow various functions that go into the homebuilding and lending processes. Internship will include a capstone presentation or final project.
