Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our school-based therapy team.

You will assess plan and implement therapy interventions for students collaborating closely with educators families and other therapy professionals to optimize student mobility functional independence and participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with federal state and district regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
• Mentor and collaborate with less-experienced team members as appropriate.
