As a Software Developer Team Lead at Precoa, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and fellow developers to build meaningful tools that transform how we serve our teams and our partner funeral homes. You’ll be in the code every day—designing systems, solving real-world business challenges, and championing strong engineering practices across the team. As we grow, you'll help guide others along with you—mentoring developers, reviewing code, collaborating on architecture, and setting a high bar for quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.
