Responsibilities :
Generate leads for potential clients in the Mobile, AL area to build a strong client baseEngage in training sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills within the real estate sectorDiligently pursue leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agentMaintain regular contact with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and promote brand recognitionProduce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goalsRespond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and efficiently convert them into new clientsManage accurate customer information for agents utilizing a CRM systemEffectively organize and conduct appointments in a timely mannerQualifications :
