Front Desk Agent - Saturday & Sunday AM / PM Shifts

Duties include confirming reservations, assisting with check-ins, handling special requests, processing payments, and maintaining good communication with colleagues. Compensation : 15 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Greet and check in hotel guests upon arrival
• Ensure that rooms are correctly booked and allocated to guests
• Follow all credit, cash-handling, and check-cashing protocols
• Keep up-to-date records of room availability, prices, and types
• Present guests with hotel services and alternatives in order to increase sales
• Be informed of the hotel's amenities, services, and activities
• Communicate room status updates with housekeeping staff
• Refresh meeting rooms as needed
• Be informed of what businesses offer in the downtown area so you can assist guests in making their trip everything they imagine
• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
