Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a business development strategy aligned to growth goals

Own the capture lifecycle from identification through proposal and close

Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to drive brand awareness and thought leadership content

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading strategic captures for technologies and related services with the Federal Government

Significant experience in building and maintaining relationships, converting them into contracts

Proficiency with GovWin and federal opportunity tools and databases

Demonstrated ability to influence external and internal stakeholders

Proactive workstyle with the ability to develop strategies and drive opportunities to close
